Cokeville Rodeo
Mission Statement
for 2026
“Protect and promote the values, history and culture of the American cowboy and western lifestyle.”
The Cokeville Stock and Saddle Club (Company) has been around for generations. The town of Cokeville has held an annual Pioneer Day Rodeo for many decades before that. This year America is celebrating 250 years of independence. We would be honored to help celebrate by bringing our community together through rodeo.
Since our new committee’s induction in 2026, it has been our team’s goals to: Encourage teamwork, communication, and mutual respect among committee members, volunteers, contestants, and the community. By working together with a shared vision, we can create a successful rodeo that reflects unity, leadership, and pride in celebrating 250 years of freedom.
Our mission as a committee is to honor and celebrate 250 years of American freedom by preserving western heritage, promoting patriotism, supporting our community, and creating a rodeo experience that brings families and generations together through the spirit of the American cowboy. We are committed to inspiring our youth with the values of patriotism, hard work, respect, leadership, and pride in our country while preserving the traditions and spirit of the American cowboy for future generations.
We aim to provide our community and surrounding areas with a family-friendly rodeo experience that celebrates western heritage while bringing people together through tradition, entertainment, and community pride for generations to come.

2026 Rodeo Honorees
We are pleased to announce that we will be continuing our Cokeville Rodeo Honoree tradition for this year’s celebration in 2026. This years honorees will be:
Tricia Brooks:
Tricia loved everything there was to love about the sport of rodeo. From the time she was a little girl, she could be found in the saddle, chasing her dreams. She competed in rodeo queen competitions and proudly represented her passion as a contestant for Miss Rodeo Utah. Rodeo wasn’t just something she did—it was part of who she was.
After marrying Jason and making Cokeville her home, Tricia poured that same passion into our community. She was always willing to lend a hand, volunteering wherever she was needed to help make the Cokeville rodeos a success. She believed in this community and in the young people who called it home.
When her niece, Kallie, discovered her own love for horses, Tricia was right there beside her. Kallie spent countless miles riding on the front of Tricia’s saddle, learning not only how to ride but also what it meant to love the western way of life. As Kallie’s passion for rodeo grew, Tricia made sure she had every opportunity to learn, improve, and chase her dreams.
Seeing the incredible talent in our community, Tricia became a driving force behind starting the weekly Cokeville Rope & Runs. She knew our kids needed a place to grow, compete, and showcase their talents. Because of her vision and dedication, countless young cowboys and cowgirls have had the opportunity to build confidence, friendships, and lifelong memories.
Then came Sara, and the bond between mother and daughter was something truly special. Their shared love for rodeo was undeniable. They spent endless hours in the saddle together, traveling miles upon miles, talking strategy, encouraging one another, and creating memories that will last forever.
Tricia’s legacy is far greater than the buckles won or the miles ridden. Her legacy lives on in every child she encouraged, every volunteer she inspired, every rodeo she helped organize, and every life she touched. The Cokeville rodeo family is stronger because of her love, her vision, and her unwavering willingness to serve.
Today, it is our privilege to honor Tricia. Thank you for believing in our youth, for loving this community so deeply, and for giving so much of yourself to the sport you cherished. Your footprints are forever etched in this arena, and your spirit will continue to ride beside every cowboy and cowgirl who enters it.
Your legacy will live on in the hearts of this community for generations to come.
A HUGE Thank You to our amazing sponsors! Without you, our rodeo wouldn’t be possible.
