Dale & Carol Clark
Dale and Carol have always had deep roots in rodeo. Since the time their kids have been able to walk, they have always been a part of the local rodeo world.
It was always a familiar site to see the Clark kids on a half draft running barrels or chasing cows in the arena. A lot of good horse wrecks and training opportunities came from those moments at the fairgrounds.
This parent duo never missed a moment to teach their children the importance of patience on a horse, and how to read a cow. All 4 of their children were always involved in all the events.
In 2009 they moved their family when Carol became the post master for the Post Office in Cokeville. Immediately they became part of the CSSC.
Dale could not resist getting in on the action of being a pickup man. He always had a horse for the job, and carried the confidence to get next to the bucking animals. He could rope any bull and help out any man that needed saved off the back of a horse.
Carol was the woman for organization. She has always been efficient with numbers and a little bit of chaos. She handled the cash, sign-up, timing, and assignments.
You could catch them there from first thing in the morning and always being one of the last ones to leave. Dave’s familiar finger point and low voice has been a staple for everyone to remember. They will always have a deep love for the rodeo, and you will always see them supporting the youth!
